They choose the newest harvest and freshness plants for our production. We use the development of the technology of the individually quick-frozen (IQF) method. IQF is a method that does not allow large ice crystals to form in the cells. The each piece is individually frozen, particles do not cohere, and the final product is not frozen into a solid block, IQF process has ability to separate units of the products during freezing, which produces higher quality product compared to normal freezing. This advantage is also important for food sustainability, as the consumer can defrost and use the exact needed quantity
